We wanted to buy a cabin since last summer when, on the 24th of July, we
drove up to Mirror Lake. We saw this one up Big Cottonwood Canyon and
offered to buy it, but the bank never approved the sale. Instead, it
went to auction, where we bought it. It needs some fixing up but the
property has two natural springs and it's only 20 minutes from our
house.
